Radio project at Toynbee School
(2012)

The Year 9 pupils from the school's Visual Impairment unit attended an after school club and learned how to present and produce their own radio programmes, which then played over the school speakers during lunch breaks.
A highlight of the project was a visit to Voice FM, Southampton's community radio station.
This project was funded by Hampshire County Council's Short Breaks funding scheme.
